Membership Opportunities & Benefits:        

All Scripps Oceanographic Society members receive a subscription to Explorations, our quarterly magazine, invitations to special members-only events, and the satisfaction of supporting critical research and education programs affecting our planet's future.  Memberships are fully tax-deductible except for Birch Aquarium at Scripps benefits, if you choose to receive them.  Please see the specific listing of benefits for each level to determine the allowable deduction.

* Full-time students and seniors (age 60 and above) receive a $5 discount on individual and dual memberships.
